Familiarize your pet with the feeder

Some pets need some time to get used to the automatic feeder. For this we have the following recommendations:

Position the automatic feeder near your cat or dog's usual feeder without turning it on.
At first, fill both feeders - the feeder your pet uses and the automatic feeder tray.
Once your pet has become accustomed to the automatic feeder, you can remove the regular feeder.

To arouse your pet's curiosity, we recommend putting some treats in the automatic feeder tray on a regular basis.

Cleaning

Turn off the feeder and remove the feeding tray, lid and food bowl from the body of the feeder for cleaning (the feeding tray is dishwasher safe). The clear container and lid must be completely dry before filling it again with new feed.

The feeder body should not be cleaned with water, only with a damp cloth.
